Having a satisfied client is important to us. If some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, The Love Affect LLC will gladly refund your money or apply a store credit with the below stipulations:
- Return must be within 30 days of original purchase
- Customer must return at their own expense
- Product must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be sure that your packing slip or your name (and order number if possible) is enclosed with the return.
Any special order / customized items cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
We ask that you inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can notify us at email@example.com.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the product cost or store credit if you prefer. We do not reimburse for the original shipping fee (if applicable). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
SALES & DISCOUNTS POLICY
Sales and discounts cannot be combined with any other offerings. If you have purchased an item at full retail value within 24 hours prior to the item being reduced in price, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a store credit for the difference.
